Connect your Industrial Network to Alpha Displays!

Adaptive's PLC Industrial Automation Software provides you with the ability to display real-time messages for your employees by linking your PLC's Industrial Network to Adaptive's Alpha message displays. Our gateways allow for Alpha message displays to interface with DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus Plus, Data Highway+ or Modbus ASCII. The PLC's Ladder Logic triggers messages that are stored in the displays. The Software responds to bits stored in specific registers of the PLC to enable and disable specific messages managed within the display.

Messages range from real-time production statistics to alarms or events. PLC variable data such as counts, speed and production information can be passed through the Industrial Automation Software to be viewed on the display in real-time. Each message within the database includes the ability to define colour, character height, message urgency and other attributes, such as flashing or the insertion of variables. These attributes are established using a simple Windows based Gateway Messaging Editor Program.
